Creating a Positive Environment
This session compares and contrasts different
styles of learning and allows delegates to
assess if their own style of learning is predominantly
audio, visual or kinaesthetic. We then consider
how this impacts on colleagues with different
learning styles. There will be a chance for
the groups to input their own ideas on what
creates a positive environment and the session
will explore whole brain learning and recent
research.

Winning Teams
This session is a great networking opportunity
and a real chance for delegates to see each
other as people as well as job titles. We
will look at various roles and responsibilities
within a team, highlighting the value of each
individual. Group discussion is encouraged
on how people change as teams mature. There
is also opportunity to discuss how teams maintain
a balance that allows all players a chance
to participate and also to celebrate their
differences and bring them to the table.

An occasion for managers to look at the skills
and qualities required to manage winning teams,
trust, honesty, pride, passion and enthusiasm
to name but a few! Managers will understand
the power of praise and also the importance
of the position they hold. Managers are creating

team spirit are paramount.

Multiple Intelligences
Session that highlights how we can strengthen
our own intelligence base as we explore creative
& social intelligences and understand why
emotional intelligence is now valued as much
as IQ. New insight into, persistence, motivation,
empathy and impulse control. Emotional Intelligence
covers self-awareness and indicates that this
can mark people who excel, whose relationships
flourish and who shine in the workplace.

Communicate With Confidence
As we work together during this session we
are looking at the purpose, the process and
the pay offs of being a master of communication.
Gender differences, personal values and our
ability to listen and understand are all critical
in our quest for the confidence to comprehend
and work well with others. The world is saturated
with information and starved of wisdom. Wisdom
is top of the agenda and communicating with
confidence is the outcome of the day.
